And removal (or marking) of all invalid (or not SFOS version matching) patches ...

So why not to do it yourself and create a MR?

I forgot to uninstall patches before updating to the new Sailfish OS version (2.0.1.7) and now I cannot install some of them anymore. I tried what Coderus said about removing the patches to install them again :

Code:
devel-su
pkcon remove ausmt
rm -rf /var/lib/patchmanager
pkcon install lipstick-jolla-home-qt5
pkcon install jolla-settings-system
pkcon install jolla-settings-networking
pkcon install jolla-settings-bluetooth
But there were some errors during the process and after installing Patchmanager again, some patches fail to install.

Any idea?

Do you have an option to tell us what exactly patches are failed?
And make sure to update to latest patches version.

Ah, sorry. It's Quick settings on power menu (I see now that the second one which failed to install has not been updated by the developer : Calendar cover upcoming).

Yes, I installed the latest version and when I try to apply it, it says "Failed to install patch".

@Jordi
calendar upcoming cover requires jolla-calendar <=0.6.3, but SailfishOS 2.0.1.7 has 0.6.4.
