Looks like some drawing program mockup to me. In any case, with a physical keyboard layout like that it would be impossible to provide different national keyboard layouts: Not enough keys for letters. It would work only for 26-letter languages like English.
And there's no TAB key. (ok a vendor well-known to us apparently made that same mistake with a device coming out next month, those designers have clearly never used a computer for any actual computing..
)

The design looks totally anti-Nokia. The flowerish pad is awful.
