I don't think so. The link points to the android market. And you have always been able to get ebooks from the google book store so that won't be new news. I get the impression that they are trying to turn the market into what itunes is so you can get all you want easily from one place - games, apps, now books, music in the near future and then movies.

Here's one that slipped under the radar!

Opera mobile for tablets is almost here! Silky smooth scrolling and a nice interface are reasons to check this out:

Because sometimes you have to input combinations.
Good question, no idea.

I recall reading that it supports the WiiMote and ZeeMote, so I suppose there is hope.

You are 100% correct. The Android market is expanding to sell things other than apps, namely movies and books. In fact this was mentioned a year ago during the IO keynote, when the lead speaker made reference to the significance name 'android market' as a market for all types of products and not just apps.

I think this is a very good idea, if the interface separates concerns well enough to have a pleasurable shopping experience.

You can bet that Amazon is going to do the exact same thing, and they will be a force to be reckoned with on the consumable media side.

As I suspected the reason why I could not find the Ebooks section in the market is because it is not yet live in the UK.

Given that the Google books app which came out in US I think late last year is still not available in the UK I don't have much hope that we will be seeing this anytime soon.

Same for up here in Canada at the moment (AFAICT), but expect this to change as kinks are worked out of the system.

Give it a month or so.

Dreamcast emulator? Android?

Here's a video of the BIOS booting.

Here's Crazy Taxi, Powerstone, Shenmue playing!

Some rendering errors, but it's looking good! With frameskipping, it should run rather well on the Tab.
