allmost all the hebrew problem with the device
With the help of this article :
http://wiki.maemo.org/Hebrew
and with this program

I Have only one more problem , I cannot see hebrew fonts in office documents (with the builtin office)
Is there any solution ?

The office application needs to explicitly support Hebrew. I don't expect DocsToGo to support Hebrew. Your best chance is with KOffice or OpenOffice.

A solution for Hebrew on hardware keyboard: download the file http://my.arava.co.il/~matan/770/new-rx-51 and copy it over /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/nokia_vndr/rx-51 (this requires root). Then run setxkbmap (or reboot).

After that FN+vol+ (or vol-, the keys on the side of the N900) switches between Hebrew and english. Taw and finalzade are on q and w.

In addition, now FN+arrows gives pgup, pgdn, home, end, FN+backspace is tab and FN+enter is escape.

Openoffice is currently available as part of debian chroot. Enable extras-devel repository and install easy-deb-chroot package.
