I got Evince loaded to read PDFs but it won't load any comics. Any suggestions?

I'm trying Evince out on the N800. I just tried opening some CBR files and it just hangs there in the Loading screen. Doesn't seem to work for CBR.
Can anyone confirm?

I am using evince with my Nokia 770 and the unofficial 2007 OS.
No Problems. Maybe you didn't install unrar?
CBR are RAR-Archives and CBZ are ZIP-Archives

can't install the unrar deb. logs say section needs user/foo for it to be compatible. i'm using n800. any help appreciated!
