Hi,
I'm working on an application for harmattan which needs an encrypted sqlite-database. I use the PySide.QtSql module to access the database and found a lot about the open source project sqlcipher on the web for encryption on sqlite-databases.
I build it from source on my linux machine and everything works ok, I can create encrypted databases on my pc from the command line.
Next step would be to use the encryption on my N9, and here are my questions:
Do I need to build the driver on the device? And how do I get it available to others, when I publish my application? Is a pure copy of the driver enough?

Like in C++ I need a Qt-SQL-driver for sqlcipher, right? I found a howto, I would like to try: http://www.qtcentre.org/wiki/index.p...yption_support

Any help is appreciated!
