Thanks for the new version. Helsinki wind speeds are now ok.
I wasn't sure about this before, as there was not sunny days forecasted and Finland is evading daylight this time of year, but Gismeteo day icons seem to have their night equivalents. Night time icons are correct (night icons). No problems with Yr.no and Weather Channel. Tested with Meecast and Glance icons with same results.

The new version of MeeCast - 0.4.5 is available in ovi
Changelog:
* Changed date format in main window
* Added pressure units settings
* Added Swedish translation. Thanks Angela Nennebrandt and Tomislav
Veleckovik
* Fixed Bug #12480 - Title in info screen should be translatable
* Changed algorithm for day/night time
* Updated Polish, Spain and Germany translations

Do all the icons from all iconsets have black background? It would be great if they could be transparent, at least the ones in the Events view. Or this is not a problem with the icons?
If it is, can this be changed? Do you plan to? If not can you let us know where are the icons saved so we could do our own
