Hi everyone,
i just wanted to try out whether Adobe Flash is capable of
managing webradio streams and this is the result:
http://www.mojocafe.net/radio

I am going to implement some further features like a "loading"
indicatore and a volume control next weekend.

See if you can find the "hidden area"

And write down here some radio-streams you would like me
to implement in there!

Big greetings,
Carlos

Haha, awesome. If possible could you do DC101 and 99.5 (then again 99.5 has kinda dropped in popularity..they do overplay hip hop and rock music).

sweet,
could you set up Radio E1ns Berlin?
( http://www.radioeeins.de/live.smil or http://www.radioeins.de/live.wax )

I am listening to it whenever I can.
One of the reasons why I got this nifty thing.

@Laughing Man: i got in contact with the people at DC101 as i am not allowed to listen to their stream as i live outside of the US. I hope to get a response from them soon. About the 99.5: i found a couple of websites with that radio-frequency.
Can you tell me a link of the station that you mean?

@johenkel: unfortunately Flash can not implement Real streams at the moment
I seeked if RadioEins has a mp3 stream somewhere, but could not find one.
Or maybe you know of one somewhere?

Thanks to you both until now!

It's called Hot 99.5

www.hot995.com/

Shame about DC101, they play ok to good rock music at times.

nope, no mp3.
there is only another wma stream ( mms://stream2.rbb-online.de/wmtencoder/radioeins-live.wma ).
don't know if that works in flash.
too bad.

love your creations anyway !

Hi,

my favourite radio station here in Austria is FM4. The stream is: mms://streamy.orf.at/fm4_live

I will be happy to see this in mojocafe.net.
