I'm a maemo noob. I downloaded both Midori and Tear and like them both a lot, but for some reason, they won't load Yahoo. They just endlessly switch between these two addresses.

Anyone else experience this? Or know what the bug is?

It loads here.

Which Tear version are you using and which WebKit?

I just installed tear and also have this problem. If javascript is selected, the yahoo homepage never loads, the address bar just displays at the yahoo.com address with various 'rs' parameters over and over.

If I turn javascript off, it works fine (but the yahoo java applets don't run)

I have tear .31-2 with webkit 1.0svn41137-9

It's a clean install from the Qole repository.

Any ideas?

If I remove my cookies file I can get to www.yahoo.com just fine. And that's with Javascript enabled. If I then login, the browser seems to go into an infinite redirect loop. This isn't a problem for my.yahoo.com.

This happens too in Google Calendar, but if you go to it from the desktop Google Mail view, it loads just fine...
