download done, and i used this command
flasher -F DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin -f
downgrade disallowed, error state 10
ERROR, Failed to flash image
flasher -F DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin -f
downgrade disallowed, error state 10

Timpaxi, the order of the -f flag doesn't make a difference if its at the beginning or at the end
