OK now it is clear, the haptics in your device are broken.
No wonder you want to have sound effect to compensate.

So i revived my MacGyver spirit and removed the back cover. Pressed on the vibrator contact during csd test and it moved. Put a piece of duck tape between them and now i have a vibrating Xperia X

EDIT: sorry, didn't have a chewing gum
