There is a German press-release which says mid-november. It should be the same for Poland.

Unfortunately my N800 got broken but amazon.de repaid the whole price to me, so I am (desperately 
) waiting for the N810 instead of buying a new N800.

Source : don't remember, but it's if i remember the date when the gps priced functions will be selled.
And the maemo device program end on 04/11/07 if i remember.
