OK, have added all to the same file so that is the reason. Is it ok to leave it like that or should I make changes and if so, what changes? Deleate the old sources list and let Warehouse create ne ones?

One repo per file is for signle apt domain updating.
If you leave it as is, warehouse would not be able to detect that repos already enbled, and will force you to enable it again, so you will have duplicates.
Best approach is to remove handmade openrepos apt source files, and reenable them via warehouse.

Update to latest alpha 0.0.9 and check if any error message appears after pressing the "Install" button.

Version 0.1.0 released
Changelog:
  • Install apps fix
  • Installed apps info
  • Error notifications
  • Multi Language support (transifex project)
  • URI support & integration with site
  • Profile page update
  • Settigs page update
Point of update is that now everybody should be able to install applications (colin.stephane & taixzo please check if it works for you now).
Also, URI Scheme arrived, and OpenRepos.net now produces link for quick browsing to application within warehouse.

Do we need universal link that will either open/install application via warehouse, or install warehouse if it is not yet available on your phone? So you just scan same qr code twice, first time to download and install warehouse, second time to install target application with warehouse.
Update: seems like link will be usefull, so it will be created.

so should we go disable/delete any files manually created in sources.list.d for openrepos before installing this app ??

if you did that befor warehouse installation, yes.
It will be easier to work with stuff later, so no mess will be around.
