Sure: Edit /etc/systemui/systemui.xml
Change the items' priority to be lower than the "End current task" one so that they appear before "End current task" or something.

Is there any way to get configure the power button menu on the N900?
My biggest gripe is that the lock keys and screen button moves if you have an app open (end current task is inserted before the lock keys option). I would prefer if what i consider to be a key basic function remained static so i always know where it will be.
