At least the combination of this and

and

http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...7&postcount=93

enables dual SIM with mobile Internet.

Thank you all!

Install Hammerhead Torchlight from Openrepos, and Bob's your uncle. Note that the version in Jolla Store doesn't work with Xperia X, you need the version from Openrepos.

@ajalkane Thanks for that info. Not exactly what I want. But now I can at least turn the torch on from lock screen. Unfortunately it is not just a toggle thing, so i still have to unlock device to switch the torch off again.

I am still missing the low power status screen from the N9. Hoping there will be an official Sailfish LG V30 release (or even a Nokia 9 if HMD change their minds about the bootloader unlock). Though a new Xperia with OLED screen would also be welcome.

I wonder if Xperia X supports the sleep gestures that worked in OnePlus X. I love being able to start the torch with a V gesture.

Hi.

You can try this:

Code:
[nemo@Sailfish ~]$ mcetool -E enabled
The screen is not OLED as in N9, but the pocket-effect works.

Regards.

Did some testing with F5122:

2 SIMs and sd card in tray
-1st SIM and sdcard working
2 SIMs and sdcard in tray, but sdcard contacts covered by tape (carefully inserted to phone)
-both SIMs work, sdcard not work :-( :-)

Any comments?

Hammerhead Flaslight's sources are available and it'd be trivial to modify it to be just a simple toggle.

Anyone else see this:

When I let my Xperia battery die and tried to use the Sony charger that came with the phone. It constantly reboots.

When I plugged into a normal USB 2.0 (2.1 amp) it started charging and once the OS was properly booted, I was able to use the Sony charger.

nope. but one thing is sure. never let a n9 or sailfish go out of juice completely. it can give issues with loading/charging or reboot loops.

have seen issues like this on n9 and jPhone 1.
