About the web browser,How to force it opening a page in a new window when you click the Hyperlink?
I want to know how to set the parameter in "about:config".

or there is some plugin such as "super drag and go"?

well, you can always 'tap and hold' the link, and then the pop up will give you the option to open in new window.

I know this and it is not the answer.
When you tap and hold a link too long,a new page will istead of the old page ,though you select the pop up menu and open a new windows.
This ofen happened when you browsering some forum.
how can you let the page not to jump to a new tab?

You could write or find a greasemonkey script to rewrite all HREFS to a blank target.
