I just tried it. It boots and runs, but isn't of much real use for anything yet. See here for features/bugs:

This is for a slightly different build but mostly meets with my experience.

Edit: It did seem to connect to my wifi, but the terminal app doesn't work and neither does firefox, so there wasn't much to be done with it. I have maemo5 running again.

I run the maemo5 again .
