If the device is a total loss, what did they offer in exchange? Nothing? Or less than nothing (Lumia-crap)? If European laws are any indication, they have to provide you with something comparable or your money back. And since we know Nokia cannot offer anything comparable to the N9, you'd get your money back.

Well just pop over here to Jordan and buy one..we still have them new in 16 gig black or 64 gig in white..
