Have you enabled Yahoo Mail to use POP3? Go to the Options at mail.yahoo.com to enable. Note if you have a yahoo.com address you'll need to pay for this, but if you have a yahoo.co.uk you don't????

I use Yahoo Mobile:

It is much faster than regular Yahoo and works perfectly on the N800.
