Backupmenu is in extras-devel repository here: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d....2.0-1_all.deb

For the corrupted file system, please go back to post#15 of this thread and use the code once again.

When I run that code I got this:
dosfsck 2.11,12 Mar 2005, FAT32, LFN
Currently, only 1 or 2 FATs are supported, not 251

On an unrelated note, backupmenu won't install because of package depencies: liblzo2-2 in particular

Got it to run after running this:
dd if=/dev/mmcblk0p1 of=/dev/mmcblk0p1 bs=512 count=1 skip=6
it returned
Logical sector size is zero
Should I risk a reboot? Because everytime I dis it before the OS losses it's GUI

No reboot, but again file system check, please.
Code:
fsck -af /dev/mmcblk0p1
only when no errors, no warning are put out, you are ready to reboot.

Should I risk a reboot? Because everytime I dis it before the OS losses it's GUI
How do you recover the GUI at all???

What I mean is that it reverts to looking like windows 3, and none of the icons show. Everytime it does that I reflash it.
Also I should have mentioned that I'm getting an internal error: Calendar closed

I am no expert when it comes to hardware, but that does not look very promising in the long run...
