Wow this is a really tough one...

- Rootsh
- Mplayer
- OpenSSH
- Easy Debian (is that cheating? )
- CIFS kernel module

I'd hate to suggest VNC viewer, Maemo Mapper, load applet, brightness applet, pidgin, cell modem switcher and 2g/3g/dual switching aren't important, but you said top 5...

Of course this will always be subjective, but mine are (in no particular order):

VNC viewer - Great for accessing my PC on the go.
MPlayer - Mainly for audio playlists.
VGBA - I'm addicted to Scrabble (among other games) and don't have to carry my Game Boy Advance anymore.
Tram Tracker - I live in Melbourne and don't drive, so it's a godsend.
Flashlight - Boring to add to the list, but I use it so often and missed it on my last phone.

AnyWay..Any one know how to extract to a .TXT a list off all aplications instaled (including versions if possible! )

"dpkg -l > ~/MyDocs/.documents/applist.txt" could do the job, but it lists EVERYTHING so you might be better off just taking screenshots of the app manager's uninstall view
