Unless already done, import the PCF or manually set the correct settings in vpnc GUI. Then, finetune the settings in vpnc GUI: set Use interactive auth and upon connect vpnc GUI will ask you to input what the token gives you. Works beautifully at my end.

Well the PCF-File is the configuration file to connect to a Cisco-compatible setup. I guess you won't find a PCF-File if you use Nortel or Juniper clients. Just configure the client manually yourself, should do...
