Yes, please do so.
This is something your provider needs to check/clarify. Just insist to get connected to a technician or request a callback.

Can you receive MMSs from those users that do not get yours?

So frustrating
I am guessing this could be one of two possibilities now:

1. Tmobile issue (with their network/my settings on their end) getting in contact with them today
2. Fmms issue (uses mms 1.0, perhaps not supported by the other providers? most use 1.2)

I can, I get theirs but they dont get mine

Edit: Went through two escalations, looks like I will get to talk to a network tech next

Edit2: Ok so the tech had me send an mms to his number (att) and as expected he didn't receive it, but he got the exact time it was sent from my number to his and the network techs will try and see where the issue is. They said I will get a call back in 24-72 hours

Good, thanks.

Your second guess could be right, but unbelievable/annoying/customer-unfriendly as there are still millions of devices out only capable of v1.0.(not able to receive anymore but sending should work)! But who knows ...
If so I guess the fix in fMMS would be to set the version number from 1.0 to 1.2 and done, as there are only add-ons and no general changes afaik. So one more reason I do not understand why your MMS can not be delivered.

Let us wait for the feedback ...

*if* thats all that's needed, maybe just build your own test version and give it a shot.

Worth a shot.

swordfish, edit the file
/opt/fmms/message.py
as root and change line #40 from
'MMS-Version' : '1.0'
to
'MMS-Version' : '1.1' or 1.2

I have not heard back from tmobile yet, and I am working today so if I don't hear from them I will call tomorrow (I have my ticket number).

I'll make the change and test tonight, thank you

I'm very interested in what you can find out, since I see the exact same behaviour.

No joy.

Okay.

Then we will have to wait for your provider to hopefully have digged deep enough and can deliver some info.
Possibly one more (additional) header item required? But which one? [for incoming I could find the missing one, see 'fix fmms thread') but for outgoing it is quote hard/impossible. Or is it the same item?
Or something completely different? Dark and foggy here...
