When I overclock the n900 to 1ghz it always crashes when playing emulators/games, but it used to work with 1.1ghz.
It's only stable at around 900mhz.

Is it because of the cpu or the kernel (v46).
I don't know if I should update to v48 because Aircrack may not work anymore.

Increase the voltage. Also install PK v47.
