If you go back into your order history, you should be able to get a copy of your receipt. I agree, though, that it sounds like the card has gone bad and that there's nothing you can do to fix.

Yeah, if it's within it's return timeframe, have Newegg replace it for you. Otherwise, RMA it through Kingston.
