After entering the code while I pressed ctl + x to save its says " the file name to write nlabelstyle.css......nothing changes.....did i do anything wrong.......

Did you press Y to save once the file name appeared?

As root (devel-su)
First select all this and copy to terminal:

mkdir /usr/share/themes/blanco/meegotouch/libmeegotouchviews/style/commonlayouts

Then select all this and copy to terminal:

open terminal.....devel-su, pass-rootme
thn copied the first code, it says can't create directory.....

i hv n9qtweak installed nd nano also.......

I don't know, why it doesn't work for you.

After you edit the file with nano, did you finnish it by pressing CNTR-x, then pressed the Y meaning yes (i have K Kyllä), and finally pressed enter?

after pressing enter nano redirected to terminal what now post ur commands_ mkdir /usr....it says can't creat the directory it exists
