I will try to think options. But summer cottage would a good option. A place which has many sleeping places and sauna.

I think who can organize location can decide the location and date/time. Remember location can be also ferry between countries or something, too.
If it is Finland, I can bring to show all original Maemo devices and some Maemo Leste compatible devices for installation show (thanks to people that promise lend for that purpose).
