There's already quite a lot of apps being built on Mer OBS, I suggest you submit them to your repo to get started

Let's just mimic the extras-devel from Maemo. That's just like OpenRepos for open source melt down into a single repo.
I've just created an OBS subproject for Mer/SailfishOS extras-devel. https://build.merproject.org/project...z:extras-devel
Why?
1. OpenRepos is nice, but fragmentation is bad. There's should be a way to have community-maintained libraries, so that we don't have everything statically linked.
2. extras-devel was the best thing for promoting open-source in Maemo
3. Refreshing 1000 ORN repos takes forever.
How to submit apps:
1. Ask here for write access permission for the repo. Please mention the TMO post announcing some of your contributions. Well-known community members will get the rights to add new users. (that's the intention at least)
2. Submit your app as you usually would
How to install:
instructions coming soon, when there's anything interesting in the repos. Until then, adapt this to your needs. https://wiki.merproject.org/wiki/Nem...ier/Installing
DISCLAIMER: I have no time to look after the apps, curate them. You install everything at your own risk, before installing you're encouraged to take a look at the commit log for the relevant package.
