Interesting. I have tried warehouse, but it says 'package cryptmee has unmet dependencies' and from the file transfer it says something like 'can't find dependencies' in finnish.

with apt-get install it says something about 'libgcrypt12' and 'libgpg-error1' not being installable.

Could this have something to do with n9repomirror? I barely have any mods on my phone.

Yes, this two libs are the needed deps.
But they are in the same repo, as the App:

https://openrepos.net/content/chrm/libgpg-error1
https://openrepos.net/content/chrm/libgcrypt12

Do you have my repo configured on your system?

# apt-get update
# apt-get install CryptMee

chrm said the right thing. One should read all output and not point the finger on aegis too early.
You had the deb file not in the same directory. [give full pathname]

Here is my test output
~ # dpkg -i xxx.deb
Aegis rejecting xxx.deb: Could not open debian archive
aegis aborting dpkg -- all listed package files rejected
Compilation failed in require.

So downloading the dependencies, installing manually and the cryptmee should work or enable chrm repository and just install via warehouse.

@chrm Yes, I have your repo enabled (Warehouse / settings / repository -your name is on the list)

but I can't seem to install Cryptmee from warehouse, since Warehouse returns "package cryptmee has unmet dependencies". and when I try to install libgcrypt12 from warehouse, it says "No candidate for package" and same happens with "libgpg-error1".

If I download cryptmee from openrepos.net and try to install it from "file transfer list" it says "installation failed". Same happens with libgpg-error1 and libgcrypt12 if I just download them from openrepos.net and try to install from the file transfer list.

apt-get install cryptmee returns "unmet dependencies (libgcrypt12, libgpg-error1) + something about them not being installable".

I have 2 N9's and same happens with both of them.

If I'm the only one having this problem then please, don't waste your time trying to solve this. I just thought maybe there are others too since same happened with both of my phones.

Ok, I will check it later. Could you please provide the whole output of apt-get installing CryptMee?
Please set
Code:
export LANG="en"
before starting apt-get.

Edit:
If you need CryptMee for email encryption (gpg), just use the last non-OTR release 0.2.6. This version doesn't have any dependencies.

Sure thing, here is the output:

~ # apt-get install cryptmee
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. Thismay mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
cryptmee: Depends: libgcrypt12 but it isnot installable
Depends: libgpg-error1 but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

Thank you for looking into this!

Here's what I get:

apt-get install libgcrypt12
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package libgcrypt12 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, hasbeen obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package libgcrypt12 has no installation candidate

Ooop.. My fault. Big sorry rrave.

Yesterday I've uploaded a new emoji DEB for the next CryptMee release. But this package lacks release string. So "apt-get update" has disabled the complete repo.

Please do "apt-get update" again and you will be able to install CryptMee and all deps.

Sorry again...
