Did you buy a Jolla Tablet?
Would you like/want/need 3G/4G?
are you willing to pay extra?

Yes, I know its pure speculations, so you don't need to point out that. it would also be interesting so see how many members that actually bought a jPad.

And yeah...The grammar in this poll rules as in all my posts!

How much extra are you talking about? The $30 that was offered as a perk is OKay, I'd take that without a second thought but when it gets closer to $100 I'm going to go more reluctant.

And yes, of course I bought it, in the first batch.

Yes I did and no, I was not wanting 3/4g.

It would have been nice to have but I doubt I would have used it. I would sooner have tethering compatibility with the Jolla though.

Edit: I did pay for mine before the stretch goals were added, so my decision to buy was made at that point in time.

I bought Jolla tablet.

I see no need for 3G/4G for me. I take tablet with me outside the home only for really long trips where I have to do traveling with train or plane. Usually there is wlan availeble at least by sharing connection from my phone or then there is no connection so having it availeble in the tablet would do no good.

I personally dont like to carry big devices with me. For example, the screen size of n9 is perfect for me when outside my home. But everyone has their personal best choices. And also if the option would be cheap, i would probably also support it, just in case

No, I already have a Surface Pro which more than covers all of my needs. I don't see the Jolla Tablet being able to do any more than full Windows. The small battery also put me off.

It would be nice for the train, but data isn't cheap in the UK, and on a tablet, gets used very quickly.

I would have paid extra for a data version had it existed, and I wanted one.

Didn't buy a tablet. Already have an Asus EEE Pad 1st gen. Having SailfishOS on that would be nice.

I cannot find the option I would vote for:
  • I bought the tablet - I don't want/need 3G.

So many options, but missing such a basic one.

Even if there was no extra cost, I see no added value and I think it would only cause problems with implementation.

In the same boat as nodevel here: I bought the tablet, but don't want/need cellphone hardware in it. The high cost and low availability of cellphone service where I live (particularly compared to the low cost and relatively high availability of wifi) make using 3/4G for data kind of dumb.

I'd prefer hardware that wastes neither space nor battery power on something I'm never going to use.
