NVIDIA Releases MeeGo-compatible Video Drivers for Tegra2 tablets.

I'd be willing to try this on my Asus Transformer

I think the N9 will do really well if Nokia really puts itself to it...

What is this?
I've commented on the meegoexperts post; this is for enabling the CPU to talk fp. As you state, this is an underway migration to a new architecture, and is underway in a number of distros (armhf in Debian). What is not clear is that there is still no word on readily accessible drivers for the 8 core GPU.

TEGRA HAS NO SUPPORT FOR ACCELERATED GPU USAGE IN LINUX. nVidia has made no promises, and Nouveau has flat out rejected the call.
Is this a teaser or something by nVidia?

Did not read in details, but android is powered by linux, so it does not make sense for that comments since there are so "many" tablets using tegra2 now and running android.

Almost every new tablets now is running tegra2 :P

android a while ago just got partial acceleration.
