Hi, please help
how to connect to internet on my n9 over 3G network on nitdroid 4.1.1 (how to select only 3G network)
and how to install apk file over file manager.

to the 3G network you need to disable the PIN request on Harmattan and then start nitdroid and you'll see that it connects

You have to enter APN name of your 3G network, and then connect to Google store and find some software to install like file manager to instal in your n9, so you can see what files lay in your phone, but don't forget to enable in settings installing files from sdcard!
