Only a whole bunch of non-stockholders would assume that Microsoft was behind it. Top year was 2007. Last good year... been a decline since.

Elop came onboard in last part of 2010.

...and until that point Microsoft had exterted no pressure on Nokia at all. You know, like for the last fifteen years or so.

Start there, while you're at it.

Another Anagram for his own name:

I don't deal with hearsay too well. So please prove the pressure by Microsoft onto Nokia starting in 1996 or so by your claim.

And how 11 years later, they grew to be the biggest cellphone manufacturer, had their best year(s)... and the decline came as other companies rose - Google, Apple, RIM, cheap Chinese phones.

Not picking a fight, but all I see is flawed logic unless you prove something.

I'm not sure how you got that from my post. The privilege of choosing how you yourself deal with hearsay is yours and yours alone.

It's possible you see something I do not.

So that whole 15 year statement... you're not going to back it up then I take it. Carry on...

It's possible you see something I do not.
Yeah, I guess so. It's rather common knowledge that 2007 was a record year for Nokia... and all decline since then.
