Ubuntu are a bunch of spoofers - you can't even make a call or send a text from what they've shown so far. Also devices aren't even supposed to be available until 2014. To be honest, I don't think we'll ever seen see one.

what about "the other half" for 40 € or 0 € options? there will be a normal one or not? any idea?

Probably will eventually, but I won't early-adopt and I still like my N9 very much, so it's hard to justify replacing it.

However, if a tablet came out that ran sailfish in the same spirit as the phone does, I'd be much more aggressive towards purchasing.

I'm excited with what they have announced and they have time to tweak things based on the feedback they started getting this week. Funny thing is, the same people I had a hard time explaining the benefits of N900/N9 to seem to be finally "getting it" about sailfish and the promise of the "other half" so maybe that bodes well for jolla.

Dears, it's just point of view so noneed to use heavy words here! I donot expect other half. From what observed, it's already more than half, maybe I just expect 5% left!

I pre-ordered the device, with the 100€ option.
Heck, how many times in life does it happen that your friends are making a mobile phone, and an innovative one as well?
