According to this official Snapdragon 400 product brief: http://www.qualcomm.com/media/docume...duct-brief.pdf, you can find out MSM8930&MSM8930AB, but no MSM8930AA, there's no such SoC called MSM8930AA I think.

It's MSM8930 itself, wikipedia is wrong, I think.
