sed -i 's/margin-top: 6mm/margin-top: 0.99mm/' /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libsysuid-screenlock-nokia/style/libsysuid-screenlock-nokia.css

6mm is original.
Why 0.99, because you are able to change it back same command by changing the figures in the other way.

Billboard able to dodge down if the notification is displayed.

Tried this to reduce space between clock and first line of Billboard but nothing changed. Though the value for "LockScreen MImageWidgetStyle#LockScreenLowPowerModeOperatorLo go" changed in the .css, LPM still looks the same.
Any ideas?

Reboot please; also if custom theme maybe you have to change your theme's corresponding file (if any)...
