You have to own the title you want to play (original nintendo cartridge) and either use a linker-flasher-whatevertheycall tool to dump the rom from the cartridge to you PC and then to a SD card or find a site that hosts GBA roms and download the one you own...
Needless to say it is illegal to post a link or download and keep a ROM you don't own more than 24 hours
