I would really love to have the ability to set datetime format to YYYY-MM-DD HH:SS.

Really the correct full output is:-

Basic ISO8601:- 20130317T123900Z
Extended ISO:- 2013-03-17T12:39:00Z

I am suprised however that the forum will only let you select UK format or US format so this is a good point.

However POSIX time would be a good laugh to have as an option too

Try now. I added the YYYY-MM-DD format in the date option: http://talk.maemo.org/profile.php?do=editoptions

Updated forum default (not logged in users) to GMT (without DST so it is UTC actually) - date format is now extended ISO yyyy-mm-dd with time in 24h HH:mm
