I really like this application, though a possibility to use also "3.5G" would be awesome

Yes if you select 3G, though you can't "force" it to use 3.5G instead of 3G

Well here its switching often and is 70%~ of the time at 3G even if 3.5G should work too.

Operator decides the threshold at which the mobile terminal is switched to hsdpa. The operator also decides the minimum duration and minimum traffic for retaining hsdpa. The latency (period of no traffic flowing) also varies quite alot from one operator to another.

Hi *,

after installing some programms (and removing them) the applet doesn't show the selected status anymore. Clicking the buttons still works. Any idea on how to get the highlighting again?

Cheers,

Joerg

Do You have "Theme Customizer" installed?

Yes, I do. Now that you say it, I actually used it this morning. Any pointers to what I might have done wrong?

Thanks for your help,

Joerg

I've had the same issue. You should not create your own theme (using "Save" button in theme customizer), but use default theme (for example, "Nokia Nseries") and change options (fonts, size, opacity etc..) for this theme.
This helped me.
I hope you understand me))
