My N810 reboots sometimes more times a day without any reason. It is idle, but just reboots.
Reflasing does not help. What can be the problem ? Firmware bug ?

I experienced similar behavior when my original battery started failing. If it is the battery, you should also see marked acceleration in discharge rate. It operated normally after battery replacement

The battery is NOT the problem. I just replaced it but rebooting keeps going on. The rebooting is a software issue and a poor battery is a hardware issue, different things.

EDIT: I found thar 32wd_to is the cause of the reboots which means so much : too heavy p[rocessor load. But at the moment the device is idle.
How can I disable this watchdog ?

Normally device reboots when Maemo finds bad process or can't start some process so OS starts reboot the device to start it. (It is weird method of starting bad processes, especially if it doesn't help and tablet keeps rebooting).
So what can you do is enable R&D mode with flasher utility: flasher-3.5 --enable-rd-mode --set-rd-flags=no-lifeguard-reset -R

But if you have problems with battery it will not help... You should replace the battery.
