PS. It is spelled "calendAr", not "calendEr", correct it please just to increase searchability

wouldn't this be a perfect place for a calender area? just the upcoming events or a view of the entire month (with the underlined days where there are events)
i have rarely used a calender on a phone because it is not 'in your face' enough as a paper one on your desk, but accessible from every window within one swipe, well that is easy!
