Question for the iPhone users or people who used to own one or work with them....

Does it have the 2G/GSM/3G/UTMS dual mode switching feature like the Nokia N900 and other Nokia phones?

We have one at work that is having coverage problems and were told by Vodafone to set it to 2G/GSM, but I would have thought if there was no 3G/UTMS it would automatically switch to 2G/GSM?

*waits to be cursed for mentioning iphones*

Not flaming or anything but wouldn't you get more responses on an iPhone forum?

Settings > General > Network > "Enable 3G" > Set to "Off".

You have a fair point, but I'd thought I'd ask here because I doubt they'd know what dual mode is.

No they don't, they just up the radio power to search for the signal. Use iOS Diagnostics to check for yourself.
