I was previously able to use maemo talk forum with my iPhone through Fsecured VPN. Now it was blacklisted. Did mods blacklist some adresses when there was the userflow on this sight?

Many NordVPN servers are blacklisted too.
I would be curious if these are really used for excessive spam,
or are they just blocked "in case"?
I know that the blacklist is not created by the talk.maemo.org admins,
but maybe a better blacklist can be found if blacklisting VPNs is not necessary.
