That's the point. To be blunt, no-one wants people who can't figure it out using diablo at this point.

Personally, I've not bothered to work it out as at the moment I want a stable device and haven't got the time to put the clues together. However, if an official beta was released, I'd (probably) try it.

Just relax - diablo will come eventually. Given Quim's crowing about not missing dates in his LinuxTag talk, within a week of the end of this month would be where I'd put my money.

Perhaps that has had some real worthwhile improvements as well...

I doubt the commercial repos will be updated until right before the release. There are still old versions in there.

The modest e-mail client is almost working well. That means they're getting close.

It's working pretty well in Diablo, too...

I envy you, even trying modest with diablo gave me the usual crashs. Said it in another forum already: right now I think I'll end up with an improved OS, but with an unusable email client.
But still, they got one month left.

Have you filed any bugs today?

Besides, how is that any different from where we've been for the last 2 years?

Well the current email client isn't perfect, but at least it does what it was advertised for. Getting emails without crashing.
Sure it's redicilous only getting the root folder of an imap mailbox without any subfolders. But still...

As I said, they got one month left, so there is still hope for me.
