The pictures there look like a scanned version of accompanying booklet, if there is one. The second last picture says maximum retail price as 8999 and lists kit contents! Was there some document like that delivered with Jolla C?

I just happen to be arriving Delhi tomorrow, don't suppose the vendor could send anywhere near there ?
probably a bit distant for waiting something like that I suppose.
I would buy two just out of sheer curiousity...

Found this on Twitter.

Hi all!

Please be advised that the eBay listings for Intex Aqua Fish (Or as a matter of fact any other listing on the internet) is either fake or stolen device(s).

The product on sale is not officially launched by Intex yet and has the demo software from MWC installed on it. Thus to our understanding this particular device (Shown in the pictures of that eBay listing) is stolen and is sold illegally.

Please do not attempt to buy the device prior to the official launch.

As a bonus, you might want to report any eBay listing you see that sells the Aqua Fish to eBay.

Cheers

James

'stolen' is a big claim, nearly as big as 'lying'.....

The second vendor in eBay seems to be based in Delhi. It should be possible to be delivered in a very short time. But anyway, it depends on where the stock is! May be you should try contacting the vendor over email.

Yes that is a very big accusation against some top rated businesses on ebay.
So these top rated businesses are going to take a hit all because Jolla says so? And notice this came from Jolla and not Intex.
Show us the proof that these ads are scams or stolen devices.
Personally I would never do any business with or support Jolla.

Erm, Jolla have spoken as a duty of care to their community.

The pictures shown on the listing appear to be from February, which probably means that they are someone else's taken at MWC. I would be very unwilling to part with money from such a listing without proof that they actually have them.

Jolla's statement probably comes after communications with Intex, who don't have ANY rapport yet with the Sailfish community.

But hey **** Jolla and buy one if you wish, it's a free world.

>>This one<< seems the most interesting, as the seller mostly sell only Intex phones and has pretty good ratings.
