Any hotshot developers want to take a crack at porting this GNOME-based wiki software to the 770?

if yuo're using minimo not Opera, try http://www.tiddlywiki.com . It's a one-file-based Wiki in Javascript.

Under the 2005 OS I ran a cool little hack called DidiWiki.

It was written by an OpenedHAnd employee (the people who did the 770's matchbox, contacts, dates and other stuff for Nokia).

It is a very small Wiki engine for handhelds, you run it on your tablet and access it from Opera, very simple and basic but works well.

I think I was using an arm binary from debian or something, but it doesn't seem to be available for 2006.

Maybe we could petition the author or someone with the right tools ? :-)

it even works under Opera, surprisingly. Even with the cute animations and multi-tabbed boxes.

Even when you try to save?! I thought Tiddlywiki had Opera support by invoking a Java method to save the updated DOM to the file; and as such wouldn't work on the 770.

I was also under the impression that TiddlyWiki couldn't save on the 770 (in Opera). If it can, that'd be pretty handy.
