I installed Shariks game and it was giving libsdl-ttf2.0 package error..I solved that error using suggestions from thread..

http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...ibsdl-gfx1.2-4

I now get error with libsdl-gfx1.2-4 ..I can not uninstall shariks game as it is not appearing in the "Remove list" of "Fast app manager" ..but still I can play that..(That means it is installed..)

I get following error ..whenever I upgrade or install anything..that is related to libsdl-gfx1.2-4 and shariks game...

Setting up libsdl-gfx1.2-4 (2.0.19-1maemo2) ...
Optifying usr/share/doc/libsdl-gfx1.2-4 -> /opt/maemo/usr/share/doc/libsdl-gfx1.2-4
mv: cannot rename '/usr/share/doc/libsdl-gfx1.2-4': No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing libsdl-gfx1.2-4 (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of shariks:
shariks depends on libsdl-gfx1.2-4; however:
Package libsdl-gfx1.2-4 is not configured yet.
dpkg: error processing shariks (--configure):
dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Setting up sleepanalyser (1.6-53) ...
Errors were encountered while processing:
libsdl-gfx1.2-4
shariks
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

(This logs I got while upgrading sleepanalyser ..that is why sleepanalyer is appearing in this log....)

Questions :
1) How to solve above problem of libsdl-gfx1.2-4 lib.?
2) How to uninstall shariks game..? (I can play this one..but it is not appearing in remove list...

I have the same problem after installing and uninstalling Shariks.

Anything i try to install now gives an error with libsdl-gfx1.2-4. I've tried unintalling and reintalling FAPMAN from HAM but still have the problem.

Even though i get this error from FAPMAN, it still installs the app. (in the above case, DNSLookUp).

Edit: I removed shaiks from HAM.

flashing fixes all.

other than that

open FAPPMAN and "clean package cache"
or
in xterm, apt-get -f install (??)

Flashing is the last option..!!!

Clean package did not help..

apt-get -f install gave me same error..

This fixed the problem. Now my FAP never complained..

After creating directory, I just ran "apt-get -f install' in x-term..which fixed my problem.

Thanks a lot.
