I haven't tried, but I think the PC to Tablet should work with X-lite on PC and using built in SIP client on the tablet. At least video call between two tablets work fine using just the tablets SIP clients.

You can enter the Gizmo (actually sipphone) credentials to the SIP client and you are good to go. No need to use the Gizmo client at all.

I have not tried with a Windows machine, but I had no problem making a two way video call between my N810 running Internet Call with a SIPphone account and a Mac desktop running X-Lite with a second SIPphone account and a FireWire camcorder. No configuration tricks or chicken sacrifices were necessary; it just worked.
