How do you disable pretexting from trying to guess your words in advance with the N810's web browser?

Unless this is a completion mechanism specific to an edit widget of your browser, the following might matter: go in Settings / Control Panel / Text input settings, then in Languages, for each language, click Settings and disable Next word prediction.

However, I find that even after turning the predictive text "off", the settings will come back after a reboot.

Very annoying!

A few words were entered in by accident and now the pretexting feature has a listing for them which is annoying. How can the dictionary be reset back to the default
