Does it conflict with any other patch?
Cause it doesn't apply to me and others.

Well, deactivating all other patches doesn't help, so it might conflict with something else.

ssh to phone and do pkcon remove sailfishos-launcher-combined-patch and reboot then

P.S. and don't you have Settings in lockscreen pulley menu?

No need.

For me, I go browser, download anything, then go event view transfer, click the downloaded file, then you can go setting disable it
